Yesterday week, the Embassy Cinemas organised its annual Children’s Carnival Costume Competition

after the 10am show of Chicken Little, in which more than 60 children partici-pated. This Embassy event is increasing in popularity year after year and is eagerly awaited by many families.

The winners were presented with various gifts. Third place was won by Jade

(11 years old) in the ‘Snakes & Ladders’ costume,

with Martine the ‘Jester’ (seven-years-old) coming second, and five-year-old Nicole dressed as ‘Geisha’ winning the competition.
