I refer to the article entitled “Air Malta switch raises

complaints” (TMIS, 12 February).

After studying the information available here, Air Malta wishes to clarify that since March 2005, the airline was not advertised, programmed or chartered to operate any flight between Manchester and Tenerife. Air Malta did not have any contractual relation with the tour operator in question in the past year.

It is clear that the couple should re-direct their request for clarification to their tour operator.
