One wonders in this day and age at the state of our country, especially the state of our roads (tal-biza), not to mention the danger one is exposed to when trying to avoid potholes, which we are more like craters sometimes.
When one remembers that I, like many others pay a Lm150 road tax (licence) to use the vehicle, I expect to have
a decent road surface. Furthermore, cars have to be VRT tested. What a cheek.
Does the EU know about this, or as we say in Maltese gheluq is-sena taghmilha maz-zopp isir zopp bhalu. Action please.
