I refer to my letter in your issue of 12 February entitled “Finding a Solution”, which was a follow up to Mr R. Camilleri's comments on “Flooding at Swieqi” published in your 5 February issue.

May I publicly thank the Swieqi Local Council for having taken appropriate action to have the sleeping policeman in Triq it-Tiben removed. I trust that from now on flooding problems will be negligible.
