As from this weekend’s Grand Prix Melita Sports will be transmitting the Grand Prix official race with both the English and the Maltese commentary.

The English commentary will be broadcast on Melita Sports 1: Channel 701 Digital and Channel 47 Analogue, whilst the transmission with the Maltese commentary will be broadcast on Melita Sports 2: Channel 702 Digital and Channel 48 Analogue.

The Maltese commentary will be by Pierre Vella a veteran journalist in this sport. Mr. Vella has been acclaimed FIA journalist since 1997 but his love towards this sports dates back to the late 70’s. He has participated in various F1 activities amongst which a two seater drive with World Champion Fernando Alonso.

The live transmission of next Sunday’s Grand Prix in Melbourne, Australia will commence at 5.50am.

Melita is also producing a review programme OverSteer every Thursday after the Sunday’s Grand Prix.

Next week’s edition of OverSteer will go on air on Thursday 6th April at 8.30pm on Melita Sports 2.
