I would like to show my support and appreciation for the valuable work that Alternattiva Demokratika is doing in Gozo. It is nice to know that every now and then AD brings important Gozitan social issues to the public's attention

The much-needed public transport reform in Gozo and the re-establishment of the Catamaran link are two of AD's recent proposals that I really appreciate and support. I admire AD Gozo for clearly highlighting the environmental sabotage that is happening in the Gozitan landscape such as the unsustainable proposed projects of Ta' Cenc and Ramla l-Hamra, as well as the denied public access to the picturesque bay of ix-Xatt l-Ahmar in Ghajnsielem. Above all I admire the Christian way AD addressed the new bishop of Gozo about the injustices and discrimination that gay people like myself have to endure and how AD is defending our human rights and dignity.

In Gozo, we desperately need voices to fight against all the injustices and discrimination, both for the people of Gozo as well as its environment. I hope this party will continue to find Gozitan support so it can grow and maybe the two party system, which is confrontational and partisan, will be eradicated once and for all.
