Immediately prior to the commencement of Wednesday afternoon’s examination in SEC Graphical Communication Paper IIB, it was noticed that there was an error in the number of examination papers printed.

The matter is being investigated, the Matsec board said.

Since corrective action could not be taken immediately, the examination had to be postponed. This error affected 312 students who registered for Paper B but not the 442 students who registered for Paper A. The Matsec board said the mistake was regretted and it apologised for the inconvenience that was caused.

The examination in Sec Graphical Communication Paper IIB will be scheduled at a later date during the current examination session.

The examination in Graphical Communication Paper I and Paper IIA took place normally and will not be repeated.
