Marthese Micallef has been declared Marsascala Business Woman of the year by the council of the Assocjazzjoni tal-Hwienet ta’ Wied il-Ghajn. Mrs Micallef runs the detergent shop, Sparkle Image.

Mrs Micallef has turned her establishment, Sparkle Image, into the leading detergent supermarket in Malta. Furthermore, the Assocjazzjoni tal-Hwienet ta’ Wied il-Ghajn and its members feel that she has managed to attract a significant number of people from all over Malta to shop at Sparkle Image, which in turn was of benefit to the business community in Marsascala and Marsascala in general. Shopping for detergents has become an enjoyable experience thanks to Mrs Micallef.

With her drive, dynamism and enthusiasm, Mrs Micallef created the necessary business environment to provide an excellent service and to motivate human resources in such a way as to generate more business. Furthermore, Mrs Micallef is known for her community contribution in Marsascala and the association is grateful for her continuous support.

The association is also proposing Mrs Micallef for Malta Business Woman of the year.
