I refer to the open letter sent to Minister Tonio Borg by Alex Vella, the secretary of the Malta Ramblers Association regarding access to il-Munxar, Marsascala.

We are dealing with this problem at local council level and I can assure Mr Vella that we have already ensured that public right of access to this scenic spot will not be infringed.

We are sure that in the final analysis we will be able to come to an agreement beneficial to all concerned.
