Project Libya, the Infrastructure and Energy Exhibitions and Forum are being held at the Tripoli International Fair Ground between 4 and 7 December 2006.

Casapinta Design Group Ltd has been appointed as the organisers’ official contractors for the shows.

The exhibitions, which are being organised by Montgomery Group of London and Sahara Expo Libya of Tripoli, are being held under the patronage of Dr Aisha Muammar Al-Qathafi, General Secretary of the Wa’atassemo Foundation.

The shows will cover an area of over 6000 square metres and will include over 500 exhibitors together with a stand-alone US stand which will house over 100 exhibitors from the Energy sector. The US Commercial Services of the US Department of Commerce has granted Project Libya its Trade Fair Certification status. This certification assures US Commercial Service support in Libya.

A spokesman from Casapinta Design Group explained: “We are extremely pleased that we are forming part of this world class set-up that is organising this unique event.

“Our set-up in Libya, coupled with the support and local experience we are sharing with Sahara Expo Libya, the Libyan organisers, are giving us an added edge in the market and establishing Casapinta Design Group as a leading exhibition contracting organisation in North Africa.”
