Three armed and hooded men held up a company employee in Zebbug yesterday.
The police said the employee was approached by the three armed men at around 10.30am in Lorenzo Gafà Street, Zebbug and told to hand over the briefcase he had with him.
The robbers escaped in a car that was later found abandoned by the police. A small sum of cash and cheques were stolen.
Magistrate Silvio Meli appointed court experts to help in the inquiry.
