An exhibition of items in relation to the Marian cult will be opened on Saturday 27 May at 7.30pm at Palazzo Sliema, premises of the Sliema Philharmonic Society.

The exhibition is being organised to mark the 125th anniversary of the arrival in Sliema of the first titular statues of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

Various musical and cultural societies are exhibiting statues of Our Lady, standards, flags and other objects of cult and devotion to Our Lady.

This exhibition remains open until 4 June.
