Maltacom has enhanced the purchase of Easyline PINs using a telephone line by introducing the option for registered Easyline customers to have their existing Easyline PIN topped up instead of buying a new PIN.

Customers must be calling from the same Easyline service that they wish to top up.

This means that customers can now either buy a new Easyline PIN to use at their convenience or have the Easyline PIN that they are calling with topped up automatically by another value of an Easyline PIN.

Customers choosing these two options will benefit from five per cent free additional value on their Easyline PIN until the end of June. The advantage of both options is that customers will have their telephone line topped up or be prompted with a new Easyline PIN immediately.

All customers need to do is dial 2121 5000 and follow the voice prompts to choose between the two options, that of topping up an existing Easyline PIN or buying a new Easyline PIN, by choosing any value between Lm1 and Lm25.

The system will then prompt customers to enter their type of payment card followed by the card number, expiry month and year. After the transaction has been processed, the system will top up the existing Easyline PIN or prompt the customers with the new Easyline PIN.
