Young Expressions, an HSBC Young Enterprise Company made up of students attending Verdala International School, is organising an auction of their last few products before the company liquidates to take part in the HSBC Company of the Year final competition.

Their product is a globe light made of glass which is manufactured in Germany and imported to Malta by The Light Shop. The company’s team members customise these globes by painting on them anything the customer desires.

Young Impressions then decided to sub-contract the globes to the best artists in Malta.

These globes will be exhibited and then auctioned today at St James Cavalier at 7.30pm.

The artists include Richard England, Sandrina England, Anna Grima, Maurice Tanti Burlo, James Vella Clark, Isabelle Borg, Kenneth Zammit Tabona and John Borg Manduca, among others.

Young Impressions have also agreed to give part of their income to charity as they feel it is a social responsibility and want to reach out to help.
