The Victoria Hotel has appointed Joseph Bugeja as maintenance manager.

After finishing his studies at the Technical Institute where he achieved local and foreign qualifications, Joseph Bugeja, worked overseas for several years in the maintenance department of an American company. During his work overseas he furthered his studies in refrigeration and air-conditioning.

Mr Bugeja has been working in Malta since 1987 and has held positions in the Engineering and Contracting departments of some of the most renowned contracting companies in the building services. His responsibilities have also included co-ordination, estimation, and implementation of several electrical and mechanical projects, of industrial and commercial nature.

Joseph Bugeja is married with three children, and since 1997 he has also been involved in voluntary work with Maltese missionaries in Africa.
