First Holy Communion and Confirmation for migrants in Malta this summer will be held on 26 July and 30 August.

Children must be over seven years of age to receive Holy Communion and over the age of 10 to receive Confirmation. Only those who satisfy certain conditions will be admitted.

These conditions include a Baptismal certificate, a recommendation from the parish priest and attendance at a series of meetings for children as well as parents. Further details are available from the Emigrants Commission, Castille Place, Valletta (Tel: 2122-2644 or 2123-2545).
