Alex Borg and Simon Zammit will be facing each other this evening in the final of the Malta Championship. The match is being held at the Peace Band Club of Naxxar and will be held over the best of 13 frames. It starts at 6.15pm. International referee Paul Galea will control this final.

It is a repetition of last year’s final which Borg had won 7-4.

Borg has already won the championship five times, including the last three consecutive. Zammit had won the title in 2002.
