For the record, your readers may wish to note that the judgement of 26 May, to which the article refers, was delivered not by the “Constitutional Appeals Court” – there is no court with that name – but by the Constitutional Court. It varied a judgement delivered earlier in the month not by the Constitutional Court, as stated in the report, but by the First Hall of the Civil Court.

The judgement dismissing the appeal from the decision of the Court of Magistrates, and which was the subject of the decision of the First Hall of the Civil Court, was delivered not by the “Appeals Court” – there is no court with that name – but by the Court of

Criminal Appeal.
