My wife and I are in our 80s. We had a telecare phone installed on the advice of the wife’s doctor. At about 10.30am on Thursday a voice told us that our telephone line had been disconnected.
My wife went next door to phone the repairs section. She spent two hours on that phone for a fat O. At last friends got through. At 9am on Friday three men came from Maltacom.
We still have no line and it is now Sunday 4 June. How is that for good customer service and care for the elderly?
