The annual general meeting of Valletta FC has been adjourned to next Sunday as the election for the new committee could not be held due to lack of nominations.

But after yesterday’s meeting, which was very positive and which registered a record attendance of well over 300 members, it now seems that the crisis should be over by next Sunday.

In fact, a proposal to retain the current committee may convince all outging committee members to put in their nomination. These will be accepted at the premises in St Lucia Street, till tomorrow at 5pm.
