A man was accused yesterday of stealing a motorcycle from Qormi on the night of 9 and 10 January 2004.

Twenty-year-old Clayton Cremona from Valletta was accused of stealing the Yamaha 80 from Qormi to the detriment of Mario Baldacchino. He was also accused of receiving stolen goods.

Mr Cremona denied the charges against him.

Magistrate Joe Cassar presided over the court. Police inspector Geoffrey Azzopardi prosecuted and Dr Franco Debono and Dr Louie Bianchi appeared for the accused.
