A woman was yesterday conditionally discharged for a period of two years after pleading guilty to voluntarily damaging John-Arthur Borg Olivier’s vehicle on 15 May 2005.

Abigail Francica, 25, from Hamrun, pleaded guilty to damaging Mr Borg Olivier’s car in Triq in-Namur in Iklin.

Magistrate Abigail Lofaro heard Ms Francica pleading guilty to the charges brought against her she was conditionally discharged for two years. Magistrate Lofaro also ordered her not to approach Mr Borg Olivier.

Police inspector Kevin Farrugia prosecuted.
