Awards To HSBC staff for best customer service

HSBC’s Birkirkara Area has been presented with the Area Award for Best Customer Service, after topping the bank’s customer service surveys for the first quarter of 2006. HSBC Bank Malta plc regularly extends this award for excellent service and assistance given to customers on an area basis.

“The high level of customer satisfaction recorded through our regular surveys only strengthens HSBC’s commitment to place the customer at the centre of our attention across our branch network” said HSBC’s Head of Branch Banking, Mr Ray Briffa.

Every quarter, HSBC acknowledges team effort by awarding areas with the Customer Service Driven Awards. “HSBC is a customer-driven bank and the high levels of customer satisfaction that have been registered are proof of this. I would like to thank all HSBC staff for taking good care of customers, in particular the Birkirkara area for going that extra mile, directly contributing to HSBC’s success. I am certain that, in this respect, all HSBC branches will continue to do their utmost in the months ahead,” concluded Mr Briffa.
