Maltanet Customer support agents attend BTEC course in Customer Service

Maltanet customer support agents are attending a BTEC course offered by MCAST leading to a Level 2 BTEC Award in Customer Service.

The course is recognised by the Institute of Customer Service, the leading professional body for customer service internationally.

This qualification supports the institute’s goal of recognising, rewarding and celebrating the attainment of customer service excellence by organisations and individuals and supporting the continuing motivation and development of individual customer service professionals.
