A very successful art exhibition was held by the Malta Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce, with the collaboration of the Malta Trade Fair Corporation, during the recent International Fair at Naxxar.

A total of 69 local artists participated, with a total of 140 works of art on show. These varied from the abstract to figurative, from oil and acrylics to water colour and pastel. A good number of stone carvings and ceramic sculptures were also on show.

This annual exhibition serves as an opportunity for many artists who are members of the society to display their work.
