HSBC’s automated and alternative delivery channels are being given a fresh new look, through attractive and identifiable branding and signage in the lobby areas of all HSBC Bank Malta branches.

“Express Banking” branding of services at the lobbies of the Sliema High Street, Paola and Naxxar branches has already been launched. The installation of new signage in other branches will follow.

“The new branding of HSBC’s Express Banking lobbies will help customers to easily identify the fast easy way to bank. This should make for a more efficient service and increased customer satisfaction,” said Ray Briffa, Head of branch banking at HSBC Bank Malta.
