Robbie Williams is the biggest pop act in the world today. His current "Close Encounters" tour set a new world record when 1.6 million tickets were sold in just one day. The tour encompasses 44 shows in 14 countries with Williams performing to 2.6 million fans.

On Saturday 19 August, Radio 101 will join radio stations in 30+ territories all over the world to broadcast one of the dates from the Robbie Williams' sold out "Close Encounters" tour . Radio 101 has been granted the right to broadcast the second of Williams' Vienna show at the 50,000 capacity Ernst Happel Stadium . The two hour show will commence at 9pm and will be broadcast "live".
