The Malta Transport Authority said that in order to provide a better service to the Pembroke community, and following a series of discussions it has held with Pembroke local council and the Association for Public Transport, it has been decided that bus route No. 66 from Valletta in the direction of Pembroke will operate as per standard practice up to Triq Tagliaferro and will then run through Triq Madre de Brincat, Triq Lorenzo Manche, Triq Gabrielle Heinn and Triq il-Mediterran.

In view of this change, new bus shelters are being constructed along Triq Madre de Brincat and Triq Gabriele Henin (opposite Triq Felice Inglott). Appropriate signs indicating the new route have also been provided.

The bus will run every half-an-hour, as per the standard schedule.
