I refer to your story regarding Enemalta carried last Sunday.

Enemalta did not send any representative to the conferences listed.

Enemalta’s Generation plan is very clear. Enemalta will not invest in large scale renewable energy generating systems to increase its generation capacity. However it is prepared to purchase any renewable energy generated by independent power producers.

Such conferences are very interesting but they do not add value to Enemalta, since there are no plans for any investment in these areas.

Regarding the gas exhibition – Enemalta will be commercialising the Gas Division shortly and attendance in such an exhibition at this stage does not create value to Enemalta.
