I refer to flight KM629 – Milan - Malta on 11 September.
The itinerary receipt issued by Air Malta clearly indicated that lunch would be served during this flight.
We were served a miserable ham and cheese bread roll, which definitely is not “lunch”.
I complained about it both during the flight and later by filling and sending the appropriate pre-paid form the purser kindly supplied during the flight. So far I have received no reply.
Since this was not a “no frills” flight, I do not call this a cost-cutting exercise but outright cheating of customers and Air Malta should be ashamed of itself.
Consequently, one would not blame me if, whenever it is possible, I opt for any airline except Air Malta.
