Your article states that between July 2002 and September the sum of Lm3,125,980 has been given by the government in funding to hatcheries.

My clients are owners and operators of one of the three hatcheries in Malta – Primrose Hatchery, and hence the general public may conclude that my clients may have benefited from the said funding.

This could not be more detached from the truth.

To this effect my clients are hereby forcefully rebutting the impression given in your article since they have not received any funding, of whatsoever nature, from government between the period July 2002 and September.

My clients have also asked me to add that Primrose Hatchery has been established and operating for over 40 years and throughout this period no government has effected any financing to my clients to assist them in this operation.
