Logistical problems have been blamed for the delay to start the work on the rebuilding of the Regional Road Bridge (TMID, 17 October).

What I hope for is that the 52 weeks which have been earmarked as the deadline for the completion of the work will not be extended indefinitely due to other logistical problems.

In Malta it seems that any work starts later than scheduled and takes longer than it should.

We wait and see.
