Both the reigning champions Banks ROL and B’Kara C. Azzopardi Antiques had easy wins by 9-0 respectively against the Chinese Team Leisure Clothing TTC and Batman TTC respectively in Round 2 of the National League organised by the Malta Table Tennis Association.

In Divison 2 Ping Pongers TTC won against the more quoted Maltacom KSSK by 6-3 with Harvey Wadge playing an excellent match and winning all his 3 sets for Ping Pongers.

In Divison 3, Danone TTC beat Aloysians ‘B’ 5-4 in a very interesting match with Jean Paul Cascun being instrumental for the success of his team. Makuja and Melita Zeus Sport registered their second consecutive win and are leaders of this Division.

Next Friday in Division 1 the two contenders of the play against each other when Banks ROL meet B’Kara C. Azzopardi Antiques.Play starts at 7.30pm. at theUniversity Sports Hall.
