Under the signature of club PRO Saviour Darmanin, the Executive Committee of Msida St Joseph FC yesterday issued a statement to the media to deplore the incident which occurred following the match against Hibernians, where a person wearing a Msida Supporters’ Club t-shirt was involved in a row with a police officer at the Ta’ Qali National Stadium.

The Club unconditionally condemned such behaviour and while wishing the police officer a quick recovery, urged its supporters to always show respect to the authorities carrying out sterling work for the safety of all those attending football matches.
