Bank of Valletta is launching a new package for graduates. The new BOV Graduates Package is designed to support graduates in the years that follow graduation and includes a number of added value features. It is made up of three distinct value propositions, each tailored to support the particular requirements of graduates in the years following graduation.

These packages are designed to assist graduates who intend to further their studies locally on a full or part-time basis or abroad on a fulltime basis, graduates who are planning to set up their own business and those who are employed on a full-time basis.

As part of this innovative and advantageous package, Bank of Valletta is offering the facility of a business start-up loan of up to Lm40,000 at reduced interest rates that may be used for stock purchases.

Alternatively, graduates seeking to start their own business may avail themselves of an unsecured graduate business loan of up to Lm15,000, which may be used to acquire property for business use such as the setting up of an office or clinic.

Graduates opting to further their studies at a post-graduate level are offered a post-graduate studies loan of up to Lm8,000 if they are pursuing a course locally, or up to Lm12,000 to finance a post-graduate course abroad.

The Graduates Package includes reduced interest rates on personal loans and the option of spreading the loan arrangement to purchase a new motor vehicle over a period of seven years. Reduced interest rates are also offered on home loans, including a two-year moratorium on capital. For additional financial flexibility, the package offers an overdraft facility of up to twice the declared net monthly salary at lower interest rates.

The BOV Graduates Package features various benefits related to BOV cards, among which is no annual card fee for the first year to those entitled to the BOV Visa Gold Card.
