Talking about tourists and tourism, it is so very easy to put the blame on the authorities, but my 16-year-old grandson went with some of his friends to spend a day at Ghadira Bay. At one of the kiosks on the beach he was charged 75 cents for a glass – not a bottle – of soft drink and 60 cent for a panina, which normally costs from three to five cents, with a few drops of oil and a little kunserva.
And my grandson is not a foreigner!
