Reference is being made to the article Man seriously injured by falling electricity pole (TMID, 3 November)

Anyone reading this article may have easily misinterpreted the contents and assumed that the electricity pole belongs to Enemalta. In fact the pole in the incident is not the property of Enemalta Corporation.
