The two Maltese players Duncan Pisani and Thursten Grixti are taking part in the Swiss Snooker Open and will start their commitments today at 10am.

In group one, Duncan Pisani will meet Mark King who is world’s No. 16 in the Professional Ranking and three Swiss players, the best one being Peter Galie Switzerland’s No. 9. His group consists of five players and two will quality to the final rounds.

Thurston Grixti, in group nine, had a much tougher draw as he has to meet Mike Dunn World’s No. 54 in the world ranking, Adam Davies from England who plays in the Challenge Tour and Switzerland’s No. 4 player Marcel Müller. His group consists of six players and two will qualify to the final rounds.
