Frank Salt Real Estate Limited has been awarded the prestigious International Property Award in the category “Best Real Estate Agency in Malta 2006” organised by International Homes Magazine for the second consecutive year.

This year the company was awarded the only five star award in this category.

Company chairman Frank Salt received the award at a gala dinner held at the London Marriott Hotel in Grosvenor Square last week. Over 500 guests and participants from 45 countries attended the annual event. Other categories awarded include Best New Development, Best Architecture, Best Interior Design and others.

The applications for the awards are judged by a panel of high profile international judges who are specialists in their respective fields. Applications are judged on the company’s standing locally and internationally, qualifications and experience of its staff, the standard of professional service provided by the company and its customer care, the quality and quantity of marketing activities undertaken by the company locally and overseas, among other criteria.
