Cynergi Health and fitness club, together with Living Well, have held a successful charity event in order to raise funds for Cystic Fibrosis Trust and individuals in need. The event consisted of a variety of fitness sessions held at both clubs over two weekends.

Jill Lynch, head of regional fund-raising for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust in the UK, who came to Malta for the occasion, was impressed by the enthusiasm of both the participants and the organisers and said that she hoped similar events could be organised periodically to help charitable organisations.

All the sessions were well attended and the highlight of the event was an aerobic session with an “1980’s” theme. All participants dressed in 80’s clothes, and music from the 80’s was played throughout the class. Gill then presented the three best-dressed participants with a voucher that was kindly donated by the Beauty Studio at the Intercontinental.
