Bank of Valletta and FIMBank have signed a business collaboration agreement, which will see the two banks co-operate and promote each other’s services in a number of business areas and markets where each has significant competencies, expertise and market knowledge.

The agreement was signed by Tonio Depasquale, chief executive officer of Bank of Valletta and Margrith Lutschg-Emmenegger, president of FIMBANK.

The areas of business covered by the agreement include trade finance and related services, wealth management services, trustee services, fund administration services and custody

services.
