Last week, when PAVI Supermarket in Manwel Dimech Street, Qormi opened its doors to the public, I was very concerned to see people crossing this sttreet and dodging cars to get to the supermarket.

To avoid a fatal accident, something must be done immediately and not wait for it to happen before action is taken.

Due to flooding in the area, an underground tunnel is out of question. Therefore it has to be either a zebra crossing or an overhead bridge.

I hope that whoever is concerned will take immediate action before it is too late.
