Maltacom and Maltanet have recorded significant sales following the bundled IT&T Fair offers that had been extended throughout the month of October.
Maltanet's Switch Offer proved to be a success. Due to high demand, the company announced that it will be extending its bundle offers to the end of November. This package encourages customers to purchase Maltanet broadband and at the same time benefit from free access to digital television provided by Multiplus, for just Lm15.95 a month. Special offers also apply to existing Maltanet users who can benefit from highly discounted rates when opting for digital TV.
Maltacom has also reported positive trends in customer demand as a result of offers at the fair. Particularly popular was the offer associated with new applications for telephone service. New applicants for a telephone line were given the opportunity to choose between Lm12 worth of free credit on their first telephone bill or two months free Always On ADSL. All post-paid and pre-paid customers, whether registered as residential or commercial were eligible to apply and benefit from the offer.
The second offer targeted customers who availed themselves of e-billing. These were offered Lm3 free credit on the telephone bill of the line for which they chose to stop receiving the bill by post. Easyline customers who purchased Lm10 worth of Easyline cards were given five per cent extra value. Users who purchased their Easyline PINs on-line or through IVR were given 10 per cent extra value.
