The game between Stompers and Hibernians Sharks the past weekend was totally dominated by the former, despite the efforts of the opposition, especially the Hibs Sharks forwards.

It was evident which of the two teams had more match experience, however, this is not to say the Sharks have not improved considerably. Their fighting spirit was evident and it won't be long before this team produces some fantastic results.

Their game is starting to look organised and the boys are getting their form. Some work was needed in Sharks' defence line which was evident from the way the Stompers kept breaking through.

Alligators Cisk 5

After their defeat of the Kavallieri the previous Saturday, Overseas entered this game still on a high and duly put Alligators to the sword defeating them 62-5.

Admittedly, Alligators are a team of newcomers, with players just coming into the sport, so we shouldn't read too much into the score. They are getting better at their individual tasks, but need to put more emphasis on team work and linking up, when a line break is made.
