Air Malta has launched up to 50 per cent discount off the price of excess baggage that is pre-purchased with every flight ticket or at least purchased three days prior to departure. The offers applies to all destinations this winter.

"This is good news for our customers travelling this Christmas and who want to shop that little bit extra," said Brian Bartolo, Air Malta's general manager marketing and product.

"Air Malta is giving its passengers peace of mind this season while shopping abroad. Air Malta will still offer its standard 30 kgs free poolable allowance for Club Class passengers and 20 kgs free poolable weight for Economy Class passengers and this promotion will be an added bonus," continued Bartolo.
