The 34U campaign is organising a 34Xmas tree-planting weekend where the public and private companies are encouraged to invest in the Maltese environment by planting a tree.

The 34U campaign is encouraging the public to consider donating a tree with the name of a loved one, being a parent, a friend or partner.

This is the most environmentally friendly gift you can give this Christmas. In this way you will be contributing towards making Malta greener.

If you would like to participate and donate a tree to a special person as a very original and “natural” Christmas present, join us on 16 and 17 December. Xummiemu will be there on Sunday morning, and will give an educational performance about trees. Activities will also include face-painting and the participation of the Qawra Scouts Brigade.
