The Court of Magistrates’ refused a man’s request for bail yesterday, after he pleaded guilty to stealing a motor vehicle from Hamrun last Tuesday.
Appearing before Magistrate Joseph Apap Bologna, Manuel Cachia, 25, from Zabbar was further charged with breaching bail conditions and with relapsing.
The man was remanded in custody
