The two Bank of Valletta Premier League matches, St George’s against Birkirkara and Sliema Wanderers against Floriana, which were scheduled to be played yesterday at Ta’ Qali National Stadium were called off due to iclement weather.

These have ben postponed to a later date, which has yet to be announced by the MFA.

Meanwhile, even the football matches scheduled in Gozo were also called off yesterday. These included the Fist Division fixtures Xghajra-Ghajnielem and Sannat Lions- Nadur Youngsters
