National football coach Dusan Fitzel, assisted by regional coach Mark Marlow and Michael Spitz (national coach - Futsal) delighted the under 11/12 children of the Pembroke Athleta Football Nursery by giving a short practical session on the UEFA pitch installed this year. This was part of the annual coaching seminar organised by the nursery.

Other lecturers for the occasion were Fr Hilary Tagliaferro, YFA chairman, sports psychologist, Adele Muscat who gave an interesting lecture on this relatively new subject in Malta and SRN Aaron Tonna who lectured on basic first aid.

Twenty one staff coaches, club officials and MFA representative and vice-president Ludovico Micallef took part.
