We asked TV stations to forward what they have prepared for the Christmas period. As can be seen there are a number of programmes from hilarious to sentimental, but always remember that you have to divide your time between watching TV, using the computer and the most important thing going out and practising your favourite sport and at the same time keeping yourself fit.
